After COVID, I saw a gap in the market. The big players were carrying overheads they didn't need, and a lean, well-run business with great staff could do the same job for less. My business partner and I started from scratch with no clients and went for it. A few years on, it's a team of more than 120 people and a business I'm proud of.

I know what's out there, from everyday systems to the latest AI tools. I've built tech stacks (a fancy name for the tools that run a business) that suit the business and that people actually use. I'll set them up in your business, teach you and your team how to use them, and keep things nimble enough to change as new tools come along.

What I enjoy most is seeing people succeed. Helping an owner get back in control of their business is the best part of what I do. I want to do that for more business owners, and share what I've learned so they don't have to work it all out on their own.
